The first half looks like Cals offense didn’t show up. Once more Tedford can’t get his offense prepared for the game. Lets hope Cal finds a different Center, Galas sucks. Penalties and mistakes are the theme of this Cal game so far.

Tedford’s coaching has been so abysmal that it is embarrassing; all the more so when his status as the 15th highest paid coach in the nation is considered.
Not that any of this should be surprising considering he is winless against 5 of the current Pac-12 coaches he has competed against, has a 30% winning record against one other and has yet to play 3 others. In fact, but for the new entrants to the conference, his conference record could only be described as atrocious.
The sad thing is that he is (again) displaying his incompetence to the nation.

What to look for next year, Tedford will get his well deserved $500,000.00 dollar bonus from the bankrupt State of California putting his salary next year close to $3,000,000.00. Spaghetti arm Maynard and “The Blob Galas” his trusty screw up Center.

On paper you would say that Cals players matched up better than Texas. The difference in this game was that Cal was out coached. Or should I say; Led by a stubborn narrow minded head coach and a tunnel vision QB that can’t tell when his receivers are double covered because he keeps throwing right into double coverage all the time. On top of the whole California mess we have a bunch of jack wad alumni who put up with Sandy and Jeff. All you Seniors besides Kendricks, I hope you got a good education because none of you played like you were NFL worthy , even Brian Anger punts were 10-15 yards short of his average. It’s so nice to see that while Cal’s players were having their butts kicked they at least seemed not to mind, all the kidding and joking around on the sidelines showed that they weren’t very serious about playing this game.

The WORST part of this game? Not Tedford’s woeful game plan or lack of preparation which produced the 5 turnovers.
No, it was the comment from the TV analysts at the end of the game that “there are no smiles when you lose a bowl game”…followed by a shot of Maynard laughing hysterically like some kind of moron; apparently unaware of how god-awfully he performed.
WTF, Maynard? You looked like dogshit during that game and you were laughing at the end? THAT, in a nutshell, explains why that man is a complete loser.
