This week’s 7 p.m. Berkeley City Council meeting agenda contains a number of consent items but very few items on the action calendar to be discussed by the council.
Items of note include the second reading of the city’s new policy toward mini-dorms, a topic widely discussed at the last council meeting. The rest of the city’s Mutual Aid agreement is also set to be approved, after being postponed from last November. Councilmember Kriss Worthington’s referral to reduce the severity of the city’s parking ticket policy for people approaching their cars while the ticket is being written will also be discussed.
