The brainchild of San Francisco’s Allyson Baker, Dirty Ghosts is a fully loaded train of muddy, distorted guitars, shrill keyboards and Baker’s punk-esque vocals. Bits of punk, electronica and Joan Jett style rock ‘n’ roll can be heard throughout the tracks.

Baker and her live band have played a variety of venues from small clubs such in the city to large festivals such as Live 105′s BFD. Check out the neon splashed video below for the latest single, “Katana Rock.”

If you dug that, Dirty Ghosts will be doing a DJ set next Wednesday at Blowfish, and performing in full at the Treasure Island Music Festival on Oct. 13th.
