Two classes, both held in Dwinelle Hall, decided to hold their lessons outside rather than cancel them. Dwinelle Hall was one of the 11 remaining buildings without power Tuesday morning.

UC Berkeley reopened for classes Tuesday, with school employees working to fix the remaining power issues, students and instructors trying to access a closed Dwinelle Hall, and most of the student population back to their Tuesday routines.
