On Friday, Alvin Ailey Dance Theater and Cal Performances collaborated to put on a series of workshops culminating in a flash mob near the Campanile. Hundreds of individuals from all age groups and levels of dance experience came together to learn and perform an iconic dance from one of Alvin Ailey’s pieces, “Revelations.”
