Antonyo Rivers, a man wanted for an alleged 2015 Texas kidnapping, was arrested by the Berkeley Police Department on Saturday morning at approximately 1:39 a.m. during a routine DUI patrol, as first reported by Berkeleyside.

Rivers gave police the name Erik Henderson when arrested, and was booked under the name Henderson at 6:47 p.m. that day.

When BPD ran the Rivers’ fingerprints, however, they matched with those of a man wanted from Marshall, Texas near the Louisiana border, according to Berkeleyside. Rivers is wanted by the Marshall Police Department for an outstanding felony warrant for aggravated kidnapping — Rivers allegedly held someone at gunpoint and forced them to drive him.

Rivers is currently being held at Santa Rita Jail on no bail.
