One in a melon: Healthy and easy watermelon-coconut Popsicle recipe

Summer must be here, because it’s getting hot! It’s finally time to enjoy our favorite summer treats while soaking up the luxurious sunshine. Ice cream? Watermelon? Popsicles? We know you want it all! But what about that summer body? Here is an extremely healthy, easy and quick watermelon-coconut Popsicle recipe! It’ll definitely satisfy your cravings for a cold treat and make you feel good about yourself afterward. C’mon, give it a try!

Total time: 7 hours | Yield: 12 servings

Ingredients

1 whole mini seedless watermelon

4 tablespoons agave sweetener

1/2 cup coconut water

Popsicle molds

Blender

Instructions

Slice the watermelon into small cubes.

Place the watermelon cubes, agave sweetener and coconut water in a blender (NutriBullet works!) and blend until your mixture looks like juice.

Pour the mixture into your Popsicle mold and set it in the freezer for about 7 hours. To easily remove the popsicle from the mold, rinse it under warm water for about 30 seconds.
