With our busy schedules, it’s sometimes difficult to find time to eat lunch. Snacking is a great way to satisfy your appetite until dinner or between your main meals. Here are some of our favorite snacks that are extremely easy to make and take on the go. Just place them in your backpack, and you’re ready to go!

Pretzel Crisps are the best pretzels for you to munch on. They’re bigger and flatter than your original pretzels and super easy to place in a Ziploc bag or Tupperware and toss in your backpack. Some of our favorites include the original, everything and the garlic parmesan.

Granola bars

Who doesn’t love granola bars? They’re super satisfying and they already come packaged!

Trader Joe’s roasted gorgonzola flavored oven crisp crackers are to die for. They’re just the right amount of cheesy. The only drawback of these crackers is that you won’t be able to stop eating them because they are so addicting.

Tangerines are the easiest fruit to bring with you on campus. Just toss a handful in your backpack to graze on throughout the entire day. They’re extremely juicy and super easy to eat. You don’t have to worry about the squeaking of containers, the crumpling of wrappers or the crunching of snacking. Tangerines are perfect for lectures since they don’t take any noise to eat.

GoGo squeeZ

Throw it back with some GoGo squeeZ. They’re not just for kids! Already prepackaged, you’re able to enjoy different variations of applesauce just by sipping on your GoGo squeeZ. It’s honestly more practical than your average applesauce because you don’t need to worry about having a spoon on you.

String cheese

CHEEESSSEE!!! Another silent snack. String cheese has to be one of the most entertaining snacks. Something about peeling string cheese is super fun and so satisfying.

Pack any of these snacks in your backpack before you head to campus, and you’ll be set for the day!
