A Bill to Amend ASUC practices to avoid blatant violations of the Public Notice Requirement and shirking of the senators' elected duties

WHEREAS … the ASUC Senate has routinely introduced blank bills and three have appeared in agendas over the past two weeks.
WHEREAS … blank bills can sometimes be amended with fewer votes than would normally be required to pass them, thus undermining democratic practices and solidifying the Senate's reputation as incompetent and unfit to represent the student body.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, THAT… ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
