This weekend the Rock The Bells music festival held in Mountain View, California continued to impress fans. The festival featured many artists who performed on two different stages. Some of these artists included: Ice Cube, Wu Block, Salt-N-Pepa, A$ap Rocky, Tyga, Atmosphere, and many more.

Solyndra Botanical Gardens Exhibit

SOL Grotto art installation at Botanical Gardens

The SOL Grotto, which is part of the garden’s Natural Discourse exhibit, was constructed from glass tubes engineered for Solyndra, the Fremont solar-panel company that filed for bankruptcy last year after receiving a $535 million loan guarantee from the federal government.

Outside Lands 2012

The 5th Annual Outside Lands Festival in Golden Gate Park was held this weekend. Dozens of bands played each day. The festival takes place at the Polo Fields, Speedway Meadow, and Lindley Meadow and consists of four stages: Sutro Stage, Twin Peaks Stage, Panhandle Stage, and the Main Polo Field
