Green Alert: The Agony of “Spectacled Bear” (Tremarctos ornatus) THAT ARE IN DANGER OF EXTINCTION, BY THE MURDERERS NECKLACES Rangefinders, in a nature reserve department of Lambayeque, Peru, because the  foreign researchers come to Peru and put these necklaces to the “spectacled bear” to study their habits and then, they return to their country  and abandon to the bears. When the bear grows, the collar will fit, can not eat, and die. Since bears are 8 dead and one is dying, we must save him, but we don’t  have rifles with special darts for sleeping  the bear  and to take out the NECKLACES.
