ACLU sends letter to Berkeley City Council alleging Brown Act violation

The American Civil Liberties Union sent a letter to the Berkeley City Council and city attorney last week alleging the council violated their own rules and the Brown Act when they approved the contentious “sit-lie” measure for the November ballot.
