Napolitano proposes undergraduate tuition freeze for next year at UC Regents meeting

Her other initiatives include improving research productivity, transfer rates and energy efficiency

UC President Janet Napolitano proposed a freeze in undergraduate tuition for the 2014-15 school year in a public address before the UC Board of Regents on Wednesday as part of a larger plan to develop a more sustainable long-term tuition model for the university.
