An armed robbery took place Monday night on the 2500 block of Warring Street near Clark Kerr campus.

According to the UCPD crime alert released Tuesday, the two male victims, whose affiliations are unknown, were walking down Warring Street at approximately 10:30 p.m when they were approached by three males, one of which was armed with a handgun. When the armed suspect demanded the victims’ belongings, the victims cooperated and gave the suspects their cellphones and wallets.

Following the robbery, the suspects ordered the victims to walk away from Warring Street, and the victims complied. The victims, who were not physically hurt, later found a UCPD officer and reported the crime.
