The air is full of Halloween spirit this week. In the midst of the crisp and chilly holiday season, we invite you to cuddle up with pumpkins this week. We’ve rounded up six autumn-inspired, limited edition goodies from Trader Joe’s. Check them out!

1. Pumpkin Waffles

Frozen waffles are perfect for the morning when you’re finishing up your paper that is due at 9 a.m. and realize you’re starving. Pop it in the toaster for one to two minutes, grab and go. Two Pumpkin Waffles from Trader Joe’s have 230 calories and 5 grams of protein. If you want to go all-out, top the waffles with pumpkin butter!

2. Persimmon Salad

The Persimmon Salad is a seasonal salad that Trader Joe’s puts on their shelves in autumn. Loaded with the superfoods kale, pomegranate seeds and pumpkin seeds and a dash of goat cheese, this salad will make your stomach happy.

Ingredients: kale, pomegranate seeds, roasted pumpkin seeds, goat cheese, sea salt

3. Pumpkin Spiced Pumpkin Seeds

Get your Pumpkin Spiced Pumpkin Seeds while they last! This product is seasonal only at Trader Joe’s. A pumpkin seed is a superfood that supplies over half of your daily amount of magnesium in one serving. They are also one of the best plant-based Omega 3 fats, alongside raw nuts. Divide into 1/4 cup servings and pack one in your backpack each day for a 170 calorie healthy and tasty snack!

Ingredients: pumpkin seeds (pepitas), sea salt, butter-sugar toffee glaze, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and allspice.

4. Pumpkin Spice Chai

Mouthwatering goodness. Cuddle up on a cold night with a cup of Pumpkin Spice Chai, a blanket and the first three Halloweentown movies for the perfect fall evening.

Ingredients: sugar, nonfat milk, nondairy creamer (coconut oil, maltodextrin, sodium caseinate, mono and diglycerides), tea powder blend (black tea, Darjeeling), honey granules (sucrose, honey), spice blend (cinnamon, clove, cardamon, anise, ginger), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent), natural flavors, carrageenan and guar gum, bouborn vanilla extract

5. Organic pumpkin in the raw

Throw it in a smoothie, mix it into oatmeal, make pumpkin soup or even bake a pie. The options are limitless! The organic (canned) pumpkin is perfect to fall-ify your ordinary food staples.
