Four more reports of alleged bylaw violations regarding unsolicited campaign emails by both ASUC executive and senate candidates have been filed, the ASUC Elections Council said Thursday.

The reported candidates include Cooperative Movement Party senate candidate Sheena Paul, Student Action senate candidate Karthik Prasad and the Student Action executive slate, made up of Milad Razavi, Vinay Ramesh and Paul Lee. A separate charge regarding the same bylaw was also filed against Lee, Student Action’s executive vice president candidate.

As of Thursday afternoon, a total of 12 charges have been filed against 12 different candidates with CalSERVE, Student Action and independent affiliations. All but two cases have been related to email campaigning violations, according to Elections Prosecutor Olivia Cusimano.
