Finals week may be upon us, but that doesn’t mean you have to live in the library. Take a study break and get an early start on summer with our picks of the week.

Any time: Willow Smith’s “F Q-C #7”

If you find yourself mourning the loss of Jaden Smith’s recently deleted Twitter account and/or glued to your computer, bolster your spirits with his sister Willow’s irresistibly catchy new song and music video, “F Q-C #7.

Wednesday and Thursday: The Berkeley Slam and the Oakland Poetry Slam & Open-Mic

The poetry slam circuit is alive and well this week. Get your fill of spoken-word performances at the Berkeley Slam on Wednesday, followed by the Oakland Poetry Slam & Open-Mic’s team finals Thursday.

Thursday: “Pitch Perfect 2”

End your week on a high note with the release of “Pitch Perfect 2.” The movie premieres Friday, but you can snatch advance tickets to a Thursday screening at Shattuck Cinemas.

Friday: 45th Annual Master of Fine Arts Graduate Exhibition

Ever wonder what UC Berkeley’s art practice graduate students are up to? Find out at the 45th Annual Master of Fine Arts Graduate Exhibition at the Berkeley Art Center, where the work of six graduate students in the department of art practice will be on display from Friday through June 16.
