Recreating song lyrics in Berkeley

Michael Drummond/File

UC Berkeley and the city of Berkeley itself are both pretty famous. Maybe it’s the Free Speech Movement of the ’60s and People’s Park, maybe it’s the stellar academics and huge football games, maybe it’s the beautiful hiking trails, or maybe it’s just Oski. No matter the reason, most people have heard the name Berkeley, so it’s no surprise that our college city crops up every so often in music. We at the Clog perused the musical world and recreated some song lyrics that mention Berkeley.
