Have no cooking ability whatsoever? Don’t worry — it doesn’t get any easier than this simple fruit sorbet recipe. All you have to do is throw some frozen fruit into a blender or food processor, add liquid and press a button. It’s delicious, nutritious and an especially fun and easy way to eat the rainbow and get your servings of fruit for the day.
What you’ll need:
1 1/2 cups frozen fruit of your choice (strawberry, mango, peach and pineapple are a few fruits that usually work well, but you can use anything)
2 tbsp liquid of your choice (water, nut milk, juice or smoothie blends usually work well) plus extra to add as needed
Optional toppings (fruit, honey, agave, maple syrup, chia seeds, hemp seeds or coconut cream all work well)

What you need to do:
- Add fruit and liquid into blender or food processor. If you are freezing your own fruit, make sure to cut it into a reasonable size for easing blending/processing before you add it.
- Pulse until the mixture has a consistency similar to that of frozen yogurt. Stirring may be required because sometimes, frozen fruit gets stuck at the top, while the rest of the mixture has already reached the desired consistency.
- Put into bowl and top with toppings.
Enjoy!
