On March 3, a female resident on the 1300 block of Delaware Street reported a man looking through her window early in the morning. The victim screamed and the suspect fled the scene. After the incident, the victim installed cameras in her yard, according to the alert.

On March 12, the same victim reported another incident of prowling, which was caught on her newly installed cameras about 6:30 a.m. The footage revealed the suspect looking into the victim’s window. Before he left the scene, the suspect found one of the new cameras and attempted to move it to avoid detection and later physically removed that same camera, the alert said.

On Wednesday morning, the resident reported that someone was in her yard, and BPD recognized the suspect, Jacobo, from the videos. BPD spotted him emerging from Acton Street and detained him, according to the alert.
