Mango season is here! What better way to welcome the season of an abundance of mango than by creating mango-flavored treats? They’re just so damn good. It just so happens that mango season aligns with the start of summer. Ah, the perfect excuse for you to make some mango ice cream. Two of the best things in the world, combined: sunshine and ice cream! Easy cooking recipes are what the Clog lives for. This mango ice cream recipe consists of only THREE ingredients — we know, it’s hard to believe — and it’s a piece of cake. Anyone can do it!

Total time: 4 hours | Yield: 3-5 servings

Ingredients

2 ripe mangos (fresh or frozen)

1/4 cup honey

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

Instructions

Cut the mango pieces into cubes and place them in the freezer. You could also use frozen mangoes bought from the store.

Place the yogurt in the blender, then add the honey and frozen mango cubes. Blend the yogurt, honey, and mango together until smooth. Do not overblend! Lastly, pour the blended mixture into a container and put in the freezer for about 60 to 90 minutes or until firm.

Ta-da! That’s it! It was really that easy. Now you’ll be able to enjoy some mouthwatering, homemade mango ice cream whenever your heart desires this summer.
