It’ll definitely satisfy your cravings for a cold treat and make you feel good about yourself afterward. C’mon, give it a try!

Total time: 7 hours | Yield: 12 servings

1 whole mini seedless watermelon

4 tablespoons agave sweetener

1/2 cup coconut water

Popsicle molds

Slice the watermelon into small cubes.

Place the watermelon cubes, agave sweetener and coconut water in a blender (NutriBullet works!) and blend until your mixture looks like juice.

Pour the mixture into your Popsicle mold and set it in the freezer for about 7 hours. To easily remove the popsicle from the mold, rinse it under warm water for about 30 seconds.

Enjoy your watermelon-coconut Popsicle at the park, at the beach or at the comfort of your own home. We promise it’ll turn your melon-choly day into a happier one!
