UCPD received report of an individual who joined a public webinar and exposed himself via video feed Tuesday, according to UCPD spokesperson Sabrina Reich.

The suspect interrupted the webinar by publicly exposing himself about 2:25 p.m., and the webinar subsequently ended, Reich said in an email. The suspect’s identity is unknown at this time.

The online audience consisted of prospective UC Berkeley transfer students with no known affiliation to campus, according to Reich. She added that UCPD has not received any reports from online attendees.

“We encourage anyone who was upset by the incident to contact UCPD and we will provide appropriate resources,” Reich said in an email.

The case is currently under investigation, according to UCPD’s daily crime log.
