Cal men’s basketball sophomore Juhwan Harris-Dyson will play Saturday against San Diego State after suffering a minor hand injury Wednesday.

Against San Francisco, Harris-Dyson aggravated the same hand that caused him to miss Cal’s preseason game against Cal State East Bay and the season opener against Yale.

Harris-Dyson played two minutes against the Dons before exiting the game around the 13-minute mark in the first half.

In six games this season, Harris-Dyson is averaging 4.2 points, 1.0 assists and 0.8 rebounds per game.

Excluding his game against San Francisco, his season averages are 5.0 points, 1.2 assists and 1.0 rebounds per game.

Last season against San Diego State, Harris-Dyson had 4 points and two rebounds in nine minutes off the bench.
