Midterms might have you feeling stressed and tired, or perhaps you just finished your latest round of exams and are filled with joy. Regardless of how you feel, here’s a list of RSF group exercise classes that will match every one of your moods.

If you’re feeling stressed…

Urbankick is for you! With high-intensity interval training and kickboxing, this class will let you punch and kick your worries away. This class meets regularly Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:45 p.m., as well as Mondays at 6:30 p.m. On weekends, you can take the 1o a.m. class Saturdays or the 9:15 a.m. class Sundays.

If you’re feeling tired…

Get your zen on with some good old-fashioned yoga! Whether it’s for a morning pick-me-up or a relaxing end to a hectic day, yoga’s the perfect cure-all for when you’re feeling a bit “meh.” You can usually find a different yoga class offered every day, so be sure to check out the RSF group exercise schedule for a class that’ll fit your needs.

If you’re feeling happy…

No class embodies the feeling of joy and excitement more than Zumba. Grab a couple of friends (or go solo!) and get ready to dance to some great music. The best part is that the class is so fun that you won’t even notice you’re exercising.

If you’re feeling determined or stagnant…

Cycle Fusion is for you! This cycling class will definitely push you to your limits, leaving your mind feeling clear, refreshed and ready to take on the day. Similar to a SoulCycle class, Cycle Fusion is 45 minutes of high-intensity cycling followed by 10 minutes of low weight, high rep arm exercises. This class meets Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7 a.m. and Saturdays at 10 a.m.

If you’re feeling contemplative…

Try out some Yang Tai Chi! The flowing postures and deep breathing will center and inspire you, leaving you feeling languid and content.

We hope you enjoyed these RSF exercise class ideas. If you’re ever stuck in a fitness rut or want to spice up your current exercise routine, turn to this list and try out a new workout! You never know, you might end up discovering your new favorite way of exercising!
