Berkeley Police Department has located 39-year-old Syd Staiti, who went missing earlier Monday morning, according to a Nixle alert released later that afternoon.

BPD issued a Nixle alert Monday morning, asking the community for help locating Staiti. According to the initial alert, Staiti was last seen near the 2000 block of Essex Street about 7:30 a.m. Monday.
