UCPD is asking for help in identifying a person in its investigation of a report of a video camera found in a restroom stall on the fourth floor of Moffitt Library on March 15, according to a community alert sent by UCPD on Tuesday afternoon.

The alert said that the person, whose photographs were featured on the alert, may be responsible for unlawfully recording people in a campus restroom. It is unknown whether or not the person is a UC Berkeley student or if the person is affiliated with the campus.

According to the alert, the video camera contained images of five people who were apparently recorded that day as well as images of 13 people from that same location recorded on Oct. 15 and 18 of last year.
