Sunset strawberries

can speak in twists,

and herbivory splits the fog

into edible strips.

 

We can

 

usher the slack-jawed

into the mouths of

mushed devils

of no importance.

 

Feel the values of steel,

 

because melting a clock

can stop time and tide alike.
