When it comes to healthy snacks, these PB&J bliss balls definitely take the cake! They’re packed with healthy fats, complex carbs and protein to fuel you through life’s daily adventures. You really can’t go wrong with this tasty snack.


  • 3 cups of rolled oats
  • ½ cup of peanut butter
  • 4 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • 1 single-serve pack of freeze-dried strawberries
  • ½ cup of chopped walnuts
  • ½ cup of vanilla protein powder
  • ¼ cup of maple syrup
  • 2 mashed bananas
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoons of almond milk (or more if the batter is too dry)


Start by pouring all of the ingredients together in a large bowl. Next, mix the ingredients thoroughly. Then form the mixture into balls!

Tip: You can store these in the refrigerator for four to five days or in the freezer for up to six months for endless snacking!
