Ingredients

Salad

  • 3 cups chopped kale 
  • 2 apples (chopped)
  • ¼ cup almonds (chopped)
  • A sprinkle of olive oil

Dressing

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 2-3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons red vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • A jar (to shake it up)

Directions

  1. Start by massaging your kale with a little olive oil, then set in a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Next, chop your apples into small cubed pieces.
  3. When you finish the apples, start cutting your almonds into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Add the apples and almonds into the bowl filled with kale.
  5. Now start to prepare your dressing! Measure and add all the dressing ingredients into a closable jar.
  6. Seal the jar’s lid and shake vigorously.
  7. Taste and adjust, feel free to add more salt or pepper to the dressing as needed.
  8. Finally, drizzle the shaken dressing into the bowl filled with your salad ingredients.
