Berkeley Police Department officers responded to reports of gunfire in the area of King Street and 62nd Street on Aug. 12 at 4:18 p.m.

The officers did not find anyone struck by gunfire when they arrived. Witnesses reported that they saw an SUV leaving the area with a bullet hole in the rear window after the gunfire.
