UC Berkeley student Obioma Onuoha found after being reported missing

According to an alert sent out by the Berkeley UCPD Wednesday evening, Obioma Onuoha, a student at UC Berkeley, was reported missing. A follow-up alert that was sent out Thursday morning stated that Onuoha had been located.

UC Berkeley student Obioma Onuoha, who was reported missing according to an alert from Berkeley UCPD that was sent out Wednesday evening, has been found.

The first alert, sent at 9:39 p.m., reported that Onuoha was last seen on Grizzly Peak on Wednesday around 2 a.m and described Onuoha as a 5’7, 150-pound Black male.

UCPD asked that any person with information on Onuoha contact UCPD immediately.

On Thursday morning at 10:14 a.m., UCPD sent a follow-up notice stating that Onuoha had been located.
