Berkeley police arrest man on suspicion of several drug-related offenses

On Monday, Berkeley Police Department arrested a 22-year-old man on suspicion of several drug-related offenses after a car stop at the Berkeley Marina.

Officers stopped the vehicle at 2 a.m., and upon searching it they found 16 grams of heroin, 11 grams of methamphetamine, 150 grams of cocaine and almost $3,000 in cash, according to a Nixle alert from BPD.
