Computer stolen in strong-arm robbery at Etcheverry Hall

On Friday afternoon, a suspect forcibly stole a computer from an adult female student at Etcheverry Hall. UCPD offeicers were unable to locate any suspects after arriving to search the area.

A strong-arm robbery took place Friday afternoon at Etcheverry Hall where the suspect stole a computer.

At 1:13 p.m., the suspect approached an adult female student from behind and forcibly stole her computer, according to UCPD spokesperson Lt. Sabrina Reich. The suspect then fled to a nearby vehicle, which was described as “a four-door white sedan” that was last seen traveling northbound on Euclid Avenue, according to Reich.

UCPD officers arrived to search the area but were unable to locate any suspects, Reich added. The alert urged anyone with information on the crime to contact UCPD at 510-642-6760.
