Berkeley expands vaccine eligibility to all above 16 regardless of residence

Beginning April 30, anyone 16 years old and older can make vaccination appointments in the city of Berkeley regardless of their residence. Individuals under the age of 18 can only receive the Pfizer vaccine and must attend their appointments with a parent or guardian.

As vaccination appointments open up across the state, anyone 16 years old and older can make an appointment in the city of Berkeley regardless of where they live beginning April 30.
