UC Berkeley law student, International House resident, dies

A UC Berkeley law student and International House resident was found dead March 30 at 10:38 p.m.

An investigation is currently underway, according to UCPD spokesperson Lt. Sabrina Reich. She added preliminary information indicates there was no foul play.

“As part of our UC Berkeley I-House community, we are saddened by the tragic news,” said International House Director of Philanthropy William Howley. “We extend our condolences to the family and friends.”

Howley added counseling services for staff and residents on campus and at International House are available through campus’s Counseling and Psychological Services.
