2 men arrested for Berkeley High School mountain bike robbery

Two men have been arrested for allegedly robbing the Berkeley High School mountain bike team at gunpoint, and are allegedly linked to other cases of carjacking and robbery.

Two men have been arrested for allegedly robbing the Berkeley High School mountain bike team at gunpoint last month, as first reported by Berkeleyside.

The men, Jose Guevara-Espinoza, 20, and Eduardo Acosta-Guzman, 18, were allegedly linked to various other incidents of carjacking and robbery in the Bay Area, according to Berkeleyside. Guevara-Espinoza and Acosta-Guzman were taken into custody May 3, almost three weeks after the incident with the Berkeley High School mountain bike team.
