This week, “This Is Us” returned, “Modern Family” delivered a Valentine’s Day special and “Young Sheldon” offered brief moments of promise.

Overall, “Alligator Man” is a confident and engaging return for “Atlanta.” Welcome back, “Atlanta.” You were dearly missed.
