Gabe Classon joined senior staff in The Daily Californian's news department in October 2022. Prior to that, he served as a deputy news editor during the fall 2022 semester. He joined The Daily Californian in September 2021 as a general assignment news reporter and took on the schools and communities beat in spring 2022.
