If you’re a fan of Yung Gravy just for the bit, are excited about an eclectic mix of styles, or simply want to blast music and escape with monotonous lyricism, it may be worth a listen or two.

From Latto’s neon Fashion-Nova-esque ensemble to Yung Gravy and Addison Rae’s mom stealing the spotlight, messy was the theme of the night.

While many of the songs feel repetitive and cookiecutter, the 19 year old does speak to the hardships of growing up under society’s microscopic lens.

The acting is far from phenomenal — sometimes cringeworthy — but in its small, intimate moments, the film manages to make up for its faults.
