Oakland International Airport sees peak travel numbers during Thanksgiving week

There were 148,000 departures from Oakland International Airport from Nov. 19 to 28, which is more than twice as many as last year.
The number of travelers departing from Oakland International Airport, or OAK, more than doubled this Thanksgiving compared to last year during the pandemic.
