BART, SFMTA to receive $386M in federal funding

The American Rescue Plan allocated $386 million in federal funding toward BART and the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency to modernize Bay public transit.

BART and the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency, or SFMTA, will receive $386 million of federal funding as part of the American Rescue Plan, or ARP.
