People say college offers your first taste of independence — the hallmark of modern adulthood — but as a graduating senior, I’ve never felt more interdependent.

However long you spend as a college student at UC Berkeley, the time is never enough. There is simply too much to do and the days get away from you.

As UC Berkeley students, we don't have time to write long-winded, epic poetry, but haikus are the perfect way to channel our creative energies.
