Berkeley Summer Sessions

This past summer I experienced what it's like to complete a minor in journalism, taking more than five classes over the course of 12 weeks.

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues with no end in sight for the foreseeable future, the upcoming UC Berkeley 2021 summer sessions will be delivered remotely.

Campus housing will continue to be available during the summer despite classes being conducted remotely due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Due to the COVID-19, or the coronavirus, pandemic, UC Berkeley students’ concerns about summer and fall housing have risen while the number of reservations for off-campus housing has dropped.

A campuswide email sent Friday morning by Vice Chancellor of Administration Marc Fisher detailed the latest updates, policies and general guidance regarding COVID-19, more colloquially known as coronavirus, and travel.
