My doctor always told me that exposure to blue light before bed disrupts the body’s natural circadian rhythm because it blocks melatonin production.

As glad as I am that trendier glasses options are more accessible, I can’t help but be slightly salty about the hype over blue light glasses that appear to be a trend disguised as a solution to headaches.

Unfortunately, reducing screen time is currently an impossible feat, but what is in our control is practicing healthy eye care habits that can help reduce the toll on our eyes.
