Cal men’s swim and dive team came home with its fourth straight Pac-12 championship, and will head to North Carolina for the 2021 NCAA Championships.

Cal finished the regular season with a 167.5-130.5 win against Stanford. The team now heads to Tucson, Arizona, for the Pac-12 Diving Championships scheduled from Wednesday to Saturday.

On his final 1-meter dive of the day, junior Connor Callahan performed a 2 1/2 somersault tuck that earned him a score of 72.08. This score pushed his total to a whopping 379.28, breaking Sam Helvie’s school record, 375.92, that had stood since 2006.

Both relay races went to the home squad, with Carr, Hoppe, Quah and Lynch combining to take the 200 medley relay. Sophomore Pawel Sendyk, Jensen, Hoffer and Josa all swam legs under 20 seconds to help the Bears win the 200 free relay.
