Cal visited Autzen Stadium for the final time in Pac-12 play to take on No. 6 Oregon. With heavy rain dressing the field, Oregon’s 63-19 beatdown of Cal could be characterized by just one word: chaos.

The losing streak for the Bears continues as they suffer defeat at the hands of the Ducks, 19-63. Cal now stares at the familiar challenge of having to win out to attain bowl eligibility in 2023.

For every ‘it’s so over,” there is always a “we’re so back’” — and what better way for the Bears to return to form than to travel up north and defeat the No. 6 Oregon Ducks in Eugene for the first time since 2007?

Although the Bears were unable to best the Utes, Fernando Mendoza continued to deliver elite and consistent quarterback play.
