US Census reports CA will lose a seat in Congress

The U.S. Bureau reported that the state of California is projected to lose a seat in Congress. One of the factors for this predicted decrease is lower population growth compared to other states.

For the first time in history, the U.S. Census Bureau reported that California will lose a seat in Congress.
