DREAM Act

The conservative group Judicial Watch Inc. filed a lawsuit Tuesday arguing that the University of California is prohibited by federal law from giving in-state tuition and grants to undocumented students.

A California Senate bill that would establish a loan program for undocumented students at the University of California and California State University was announced Wednesday in the state legislature.
