Berkeley school district supports food-insecure, houseless families

The Berkeley Unified School District’s Homeless Outreach Program for Education provides services to students facing houselessness, such as transportation, food and temporary housing support. Services will continue into the holiday season.
As students navigate new normals amid a continuing pandemic, the Berkeley Unified School District continues to try to support its houseless or food-insecure families through a myriad of programs.
